As the leaves fall and the soil cools, many of us are looking for ways to slow down and make time for rest over the impending winter. Though outdoor activities are winding down, the G Lodge Committee is deep in the midst of policy writing as we look forward to big change in 2025. We’re excited to share a few updates that align with our vision for creating meaningful, family-centered gatherings and cherished events at The Gauger Estate. Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store:
A Family-Focused Shift at The G Lodge
In keeping with our vision of The G Lodge as a welcoming community space, we’re introducing Certified Family-Focused Events for 2025. Here’s what you can expect at these gatherings:
Family-Focused Events will use music, art & interactive workshops to create an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for all ages. We’ll have a broad range of activities that cater to children, teens, and adults alike. In addition to crafting a positive environment, our family-focused events will feature community-building elements like fundraising efforts, partnerships with local organizations, and activities that foster learning, creativity, and connection.
To help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we’re adding a security presence for the 2025 season and are currently accepting bids. If you or your business is interested, please reach out to Krystal at glodgekrystal@yahoo.com for all the details.
