An Open Letter to the Cultivate Community

Dear Cultivate Festival Family,

As we reflect on the magical weekend of June 21st - 23rd, we are filled with immense gratitude for each and every one of you who made our inaugural Cultivate festival at The G Lodge an unforgettable success.

Our mission at Cultivate is to inspire and empower individuals and families to celebrate the summer solstice by cultivating a deeper connection to their bodies and the earth. Through a harmonious blend of body movement, handmade goods, locally grown food, and homesteading wisdom, we aim to foster a community dedicated to holistic wellness and environmental stewardship. By nurturing a culture of mindfulness and self-sufficiency, we seek to cultivate a brighter, greener future for ourselves and generations to come.

To our co-organizers, Maggie and the Sutherland family at Honey-Badger Homestead, Tere and Jamie at Wyllie Fox Farm, and Kylee and Caren at Peace, Love and a Fuller Experience – your dedication, creativity, and tireless efforts were the backbone of this event. Special thanks to Casey from Muck Duck Studio for stepping up and playing such a crucial role in organizing volunteers. Your leadership and commitment were truly inspiring.

To all our volunteers and ticketed attendees, your hard work and enthusiasm were the heartbeat of the festival. Your willingness to lend a hand wherever needed ensured everything ran smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere for all.

To our workshop facilitators and performers, thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion. Your performances and sessions were enlightening and engaging, providing invaluable insights and skills that resonated with our mission.

To our vendors, your beautiful handmade goods and locally grown foods enriched the festival experience, showcasing the incredible talent and dedication within our community.

To every attendee, thank you for bringing your energy, curiosity, and joy to Cultivate. Your participation and support are what made this festival truly special.
