Quantum Alignment & Release

Yoga Deck

In this Quantum Alignment and Release workshop hosted by Anna with Intention, she will guide you to delve into personal narratives surrounding eclipse themes like shock and awakening. Through group EFT sessions, we'll uncover, clear, and rewrite these stories. This workshop will also use subtle body therapies such as flower essences and binaural frequencies to solidify the new narrative.

The Joy of Hooping Workshop

EdibleSpirit Astro Bath

Mikey Domitrovich is the force behind EdibleSpirit. The musical moments and guided meditation are inspired by the astrological associations of the eclipse: Sun conjunct Moon conjunct North Node and Chiron in Aries; Mars conjunct Saturn in Pisces; Jupiter conjunct Uranus in Taurus. We will combine movement, visualization, meditation, and vocalization to explore the experience of these energies as they move through the body, mind, and spirit.

This workshop is designed to help you ingest, digest, and draw nourishment from the astrological energies of the eclipse.

Creative Rhythms Workshop

Enjoy a facilitated drumming experience that includes guidance, instruments and fun activities using rhythm and group music making to inspire connection, relaxation and reduced stress. Learn how self expression and creativity are the most accessible tools for self care and how easily we can move from chaos to calm using ancient practices with drums. (20 djembes and 30+ percussion instruments provided)

Creative Rhythms drum program is facilitated as an active meditation and mindfulness practice. The workshop will offer an experience called entrainment which proves on a primal level that our human instinct is to find connection with each other.

Whether you're new to drumming or are coming with experience, you'll find the groove easy to pick up.
