ENTRY 2025 GEM Season Pass – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Teen Entry "Just the Basics" GEM Season Pass grants you access to all five Family-Focused Certified events at The G Lodge for the 2025 event season. By purchasing this pass, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Please read carefully, as acknowledgment of these terms is required for purchase.
2. Inclusions
The “Just the Basics” GEM Season Pass includes:
General Admission entry to the following Family-Focused events for the 2025 season:
Kentucky Derby Day Spring Fundraiser | May 3, 2025
The Family Hoedown | June 6-8, 2025
Cultivate | June 20-22, 2025
Big "G" Jam | August 15-17, 2025
The Fall Down | September 12-14, 2025
Primitive camping access for the pass holder at each event.
Free general parking at each event.
Access to all main activities and general programming included in each event.
3. Pass Holder Agreement
By purchasing the 2025 GEM Season Pass, you, the pass holder, agree to the following:
Refund and Transfer Policy:
Full Refund: The GEM Season Pass is refundable in full until the start of The Family Hoedown on June 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
Partial Refund: A 50% refund is available until the start of Cultivate on June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
No Refunds: After June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the GEM Season Pass is non-refundable.
The pass may only be used by the original ticket holder throughout the 2025 season. If needed, the pass holder may transfer the entire pass to another person once before June 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM. After this deadline, the pass is non-transferable.
The pass holder may not lend the pass to another person for individual events if they are unable to attend.
Passes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other services, and lost or stolen passes may not be replaced.
Identification Verification: Pass holders may be required to show a valid ID matching the name on the pass upon entry to each event. This helps ensure the pass remains non-transferable after the specified transfer period.
Event Cancellations: In the case of an event cancellation, The G Lodge will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements, but no season pass refunds or exchanges will be issued. G Lodge reserves the right to alter event schedules, performers, and other event details with or without notice.
4. Access and Admission
Entry and Re-entry: The pass entitles the holder to general admission and access to designated areas for all five Family-Focused Certified events. Re-entry is allowed but may be restricted depending on event security and capacity.
Camping Access: Primitive camping access is provided for pass holders. No electricity is available at primitive sites; however, potable water refill stations and porta potties are located in convenient, accessible areas throughout the event grounds. All camping must adhere to the G Lodge's camping policies.
Parking: Free parking is provided in designated areas. The G Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles or belongings.
Quiet Hours and Noise Restrictions: Primitive camping areas are subject to quiet hours, and loud noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted after 11:00 PM. Respectful noise levels should be maintained for the comfort of all attendees.
Sanitation and Cleanliness: Pass holders must adhere to Leave No Trace principles. This includes cleaning up all trash, food waste, and personal belongings from campsites. Additional trash receptacles will be available for waste disposal.
5. Event Conduct and Policies
To maintain a positive environment for all attendees, the following policies must be observed:
Family-Focused Environment: The Family-Focused Certified events are designed to be family-friendly and inclusive for all ages. Pass holders are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Prohibited Items and Actions: No illegal substances, firearms, fireworks, glitter cannons, glass bottles, weapons, or disruptive behaviors are permitted. Pass holders who engage in prohibited activities may be asked to leave without a refund.
Adherence to Code of Conduct: All attendees, including pass holders, must adhere to The G Lodge Code of Conduct. Violations may result in revocation of the season pass without refund.
6. Liability and Release
Assumption of Risk: Pass holders acknowledge and accept that attendance at outdoor events involves inherent risks, and by attending, the pass holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with event participation. These may include, but are not limited to:
Exposure to Inclement Weather: Outdoor events may take place rain or shine, and attendees should be prepared for sudden changes in weather, including high winds, rain, thunderstorms, or extreme temperatures.
Natural Hazards and Wildlife: Attendees may encounter natural hazards such as uneven terrain, tree roots, and rocks, as well as encounters with local wildlife. Pass holders should be cautious when navigating event grounds and are responsible for their own safety when moving through outdoor areas.
Exposure to Plants and Insects: The event area includes vegetation and wooded spaces, where individuals may come into contact with plants like poison ivy or poison oak. Additionally, outdoor events may expose attendees to insects such as ticks, mosquitoes, and other bugs. We recommend that attendees take preventive measures, such as wearing appropriate clothing, using insect repellent, and conducting thorough tick checks after the event.
Outdoor Conditions: Exposure to mud, dirt, dust, pollen, and other natural elements may occur. Pass holders with allergies or sensitivities are advised to take necessary precautions.
Health Precautions: Pass holders are responsible for their personal health needs, including staying hydrated, using sun protection, and being mindful of personal health requirements during events. The G Lodge encourages attendees to bring necessary medications and stay aware of their own limitations in outdoor environments.
Release of Liability: The G Lodge and associated personnel are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by the pass holder or their belongings during events. By purchasing this pass, the holder assumes all of these risks, including any resulting injuries, illness, or discomfort, and releases The G Lodge and its affiliates from liability for any incidents or accidents arising from these natural or environmental conditions.
7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing the Teen Entry 2025 GEM Season Pass: “Just the Basics,” you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the cancellation of your pass without refund or replacement.
