COMFORT 2025 Season Pass – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The Comfort "I Like Nice Things" Season Pass grants you access to all five Family-Focused Certified events at The G Lodge for the 2025 event season, along with additional perks and discounts as described below. By purchasing this pass, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Please read carefully, as acknowledgment of these terms is required for purchase.

2. Inclusions
The Comfort Season Pass includes:

  • Entry to the following Family-Focused events for the 2025 season:

    • Kentucky Derby Day Spring Fundraiser | May 3, 2025

    • The Family Hoedown | June 6-8, 2025

    • Cultivate | June 20-22, 2025

    • Big "G" Jam | August 15-17, 2025

    • The Fall Down | September 12-14, 2025

  • Manicured Campsite or Field Pass: Access to a manicured campsite or field pass at each event.

  • Bundle of Firewood: One bundle of firewood provided at each event.

  • Signed Event Poster: Receive one event poster for the event of your choice, signed by Sadie May and one featured band of your choice (limited to one signed poster for the entire season).

  • Event T-Shirt: One event T-shirt from Keaneybus Band T’s (limited to one T-shirt for the entire season).

  • Meal Tickets & Lodge Access: One meal ticket per event with limited Lodge/Green Room access inside the Lodge. Allows access for one hour during posted "Open" hours. Hours will be displayed at each entrance for convenience.

  • G Lodge Sticker: Complimentary sticker for the season.

  • 20% Discount on entry to any additional 2025 G Lodge events.

3. Adult With a Child Pass Holder Policy
For adults purchasing a season pass of any tier along with a child pass, please note the following:

  • Child Supervision: The child must remain with the accompanying adult pass holder at all times throughout the event.

  • Perks Allocation: While the adult pass holder may receive certain perks associated with their pass tier (such as meals or merch), these perks do not automatically extend to the child unless explicitly stated.

  • Meal Policy: If an adult holds a VIP pass, this does not grant the child free meals; however, meal options for children are available for purchase from staff within the Lodge and from vendors.

For further guidelines, please review our Responsible Parenting Policy as part of our Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

4. Pass Holder Agreement
By purchasing the 2025 GEM Season Pass, you, the pass holder, agree to the following:

  • Refund and Transfer Policy:

    • Full Refund: The GEM Season Pass is refundable in full until the start of The Family Hoedown on June 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

    • Partial Refund: A 50% refund is available until the start of Cultivate on June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

    • No Refunds: After June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the GEM Season Pass is non-refundable.

    • Non-Transferable After Deadline: The pass may only be used by the original ticket holder throughout the 2025 season. If needed, the pass holder may transfer the entire pass to another person once before June 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM. After this deadline, the pass is non-transferable.

    • No Lending: The pass holder may not lend the pass to another person for individual events if they are unable to attend.

    • Non-Replaceable: Passes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other services, and lost or stolen passes may not be replaced.

  • Identification Verification: Pass holders may be required to show a valid ID matching the name on the pass upon entry to each event. This ensures the pass remains non-transferable after the specified transfer period.

  • Event Cancellations: In the case of an event cancellation, The G Lodge will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements, but no season pass refunds or exchanges will be issued. The G Lodge reserves the right to alter event schedules, performers, and other event details with or without notice.

5. Access and Admission

  • Venue Entry and Re-entry: The pass entitles the holder to general admission and access to designated areas for all five Family-Focused Certified events. Re-entry is allowed but may be restricted depending on event security and capacity.

  • Camping Access: Manicured camping access is provided for pass holders. No electricity is available at primitive or manicured sites; however, potable water refill stations and porta potties are located in convenient, accessible areas throughout the event grounds. All camping must adhere to The G Lodge's camping policies.

  • Parking: Free parking is provided in designated areas. The G Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles or belongings.

  • Quiet Hours and Noise Restrictions: Camping areas are subject to quiet hours, and loud noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted after 11:00 PM. Respectful noise levels should be maintained for the comfort of all attendees.

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Pass holders must adhere to Leave No Trace principles. This includes cleaning up all trash, food waste, and personal belongings from campsites. Additional trash receptacles will be available for waste disposal.

6. Meal Ticket & Lodge Access
The Comfort Season Pass includes a meal ticket for each event, granting the pass holder one meal with access inside the Lodge/Green Room during “Open” hours, which will be posted at each entrance. Access is subject to the following conditions:

  • Limited Artist Access: Pass holders may mingle with artists and inside the Lodge for a period of one hour. After this hour, the pass holder must exit and will not receive further access to the Lodge for the duration of that event.

  • Single Entry: The meal ticket grants single entry to the Lodge for one meal. After the allotted time, additional access to the Lodge for the event is not permitted.

7. Event Conduct and Policies
To maintain a positive environment for all attendees, the following policies must be observed:

  • Family-Focused Environment: The Family-Focused Certified events are designed to be family-friendly and inclusive for all ages. Pass holders are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

  • Prohibited Items and Actions: No illegal substances, firearms, fireworks, glitter cannons, glass bottles, weapons, or disruptive behaviors are permitted. Pass holders who engage in prohibited activities may be asked to leave without a refund.

  • Adherence to Code of Conduct: All attendees, including pass holders, must adhere to The G Lodge Code of Conduct. Violations may result in revocation of the season pass without refund.

8. Liability and Release

  • Assumption of Risk: Pass holders acknowledge and accept that attendance at outdoor events involves inherent risks, and by attending, the pass holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with event participation. These may include, but are not limited to:

    • Exposure to Inclement Weather: Outdoor events may take place rain or shine, and attendees should be prepared for sudden changes in weather, including high winds, rain, thunderstorms, or extreme temperatures.

    • Natural Hazards and Wildlife: Attendees may encounter natural hazards such as uneven terrain, tree roots, and rocks, as well as encounters with local wildlife. Pass holders should be cautious when navigating event grounds and are responsible for their own safety when moving through outdoor areas.

    • Exposure to Plants and Insects: The event area includes vegetation and wooded spaces, where individuals may come into contact with plants like poison ivy or poison oak. Additionally, outdoor events may expose attendees to insects such as ticks, mosquitoes, and other bugs. We recommend that attendees take preventive measures, such as wearing appropriate clothing, using insect repellent, and conducting thorough tick checks after the event.

    • Outdoor Conditions: Exposure to mud, dirt, dust, pollen, and other natural elements may occur. Pass holders with allergies or sensitivities are advised to take necessary precautions.

    • Health Precautions: Pass holders are responsible for their personal health needs, including staying hydrated, using sun protection, and being mindful of personal health requirements during events. The G Lodge encourages attendees to bring necessary medications and stay aware of their own limitations in outdoor environments.

  • Release of Liability: The G Lodge and associated personnel are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by the pass holder or their belongings during events. By purchasing this pass, the holder assumes all of these risks, including any resulting injuries, illness, or discomfort, and releases The G Lodge and its affiliates from liability for any incidents or accidents arising from these natural or environmental conditions.

9. Discounts on Additional Events

  • 20% Discount: The Comfort GEM Season Pass grants a 20% discount on admission to other 2025 G Lodge events. This discount applies only to the pass holder and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Exclusions and Limitations: The discount does not apply to camping, field parking, merchandise, food, or beverage purchases, and is non-transferable.

10. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing the Comfort 2025 GEM Season Pass: “I Like Nice Things,” you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the cancellation of your pass without refund or replacement.
