Cultivate Festival Blind Faith Ticket – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Blind Faith Ticket grants admission to Cultivate Festival at The G Lodge, taking place June 20-22, 2025. By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that event details—including workshops, classes, performances, schedules, and activities—have not yet been announced. This ticket is offered at a special pre-announcement rate and is non-refundable.

2. Inclusions

The Blind Faith Ticket includes:

• General admission for one person to Cultivate Festival (June 20-22, 2025).

• Access to all basic included workshops and classes. Some more involved workshops may require an additional fee and pre-registration.

• A shared communal meal each evening on Friday & Saturday.

• Free general parking in designated areas.

3. Camping & Accommodation

• Camping is NOT included with this ticket. Attendees must purchase a campsite separately.

• Campsites are currently $50 per night and can accommodate up to 10 people.

• Luxury camping options will be available, but details are not yet finalized.

• All campers must adhere to The G Lodge’s camping policies.

4. Refund & Transfer Policy

• No Refunds: This ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the event lineup or schedule once announced.

• One-Time Transfer: The ticket may be transferred to another person before June 1, 2025 by contacting The G Lodge at thegaugerlodge@gmail.com with the new ticket holder’s information.

• No Partial Transfers: The ticket cannot be split or used by multiple individuals across different days.

5. Event Entry & Access

• Venue Entry: Ticket holders must check in at the front gate upon arrival and present a valid ID matching the name on the ticket.

• Re-entry Policy: Re-entry is permitted; however, security may conduct additional checks upon each entry.

• Parking: Free parking is included in designated lots. The G Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles or belongings.

• Quiet Hours: All camping areas are subject to quiet hours after 11:00 PM to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees.

6. Event Conduct & Policies

• Community-Centered Environment: Cultivate Festival is an event that fosters creativity, connection, and inclusivity. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

• Prohibited Items & Actions: No illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glitter cannons, glass bottles, or disruptive behavior permitted. Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Responsible Parenting Policy: Children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times.

• Code of Conduct: All attendees must follow The G Lodge’s Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the event without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with attending an outdoor event, including but not limited to:

• Weather Conditions: The event will take place rain or shine; attendees should prepare for potential weather changes.

• Natural Terrain & Wildlife: The venue includes uneven terrain, wooded areas, and local wildlife.

• Health Precautions: Attendees are responsible for their own well-being, including hydration, sun protection, and any necessary medications.

• Personal Responsibility: The G Lodge and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages sustained during the event.

8. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing the Blind Faith Ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to event policies may result in removal without refund.
